Estimates provided by Bruce Revie Builder are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work. Any changes to the scope of work will require a new estimate or change order.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a processing fee.

Warranty

Work performed by Bruce Revie Builder is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of one year from completion date. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer neglect, normal wear, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

Bruce Revie Builder's liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work.
